How to delete your data
Remove the app in your Threads settings and we cut off access immediately. Or write to us and we will erase everything by hand.
What we delete
- Your access token — destroyed first, the same moment.
- Your projects, phrases, saved leads and drafted replies.
- Your business description.
What stays, and why
The record of what was published in your name and when is kept. It is not about you — it is about what our system did, and it is the record that makes it possible to establish what went out and when. It contains neither your token nor anyone else’s posts.
When
Access: immediately. Everything else: within 30 days.
